Real time data retrieval and data updates to your information systems can allow a variety of processes to be invoked as a result of your customer payments.

Example:
You have a customer whose service is scheduled for disconnect. They visit your website and make payment on their account and bring it current. Upon reporting the transaction data back to your system in real-time, IPS also invokes an additional process that removes that particular account from the disconnect schedule and alerts your field technician if necessary.
