Active TeleSource, Inc. (ATI) was founded as an Oregon corporation in July 1997 by Goran Samojlovski and Gary L. Clark. ATI’s goal was to become a leader in the call center industry providing customer care and customer lifecycle management solutions to companies in a variety of industries.
InterActive Payment Solutions, LLC. (IPS) was established as an Oregon corporation in 2007. Previous to 2007, electronic payment services and solutions were rendered by ATI. With the expansion of the transactional service offerings as well as the customer base it was determined that a separate entity would best serve our clients.
“The reduction in our delinquencies and the subsequent interrupts has more than paid for their services.”
“Active TeleSource has been an excellent customer service partner for us for the last 2 years. In technology, sales, service and in collecting payments, they are a tough [champion -- challenger] competitor for our other outsourcers and our internal group of agents. They are a true partner that strives for continuous excellence and improvement in all our initiatives.”
“Our relationship with The Active Group has been rewarding. They have provided innovative solutions to our customer account management challenges as well as being cost effective.”
“We have partnered with Active TeleSource for a number of years with excellent results. Their input and collaboration efforts have also proven valuable for special projects, and they always seem to be looking for ways to better serve their clients. It has been a successful business relationship and we look forward to working with them in the future.”
“Active's technical knowledge and ability to work with virtually any system, separates them from any other company that we have used for this service. They are good people who produce good results.”
“We have worked with Active TeleSource for four years with great results, and have chosen to renew our contract a second time. They are responsive and flexible enough that it’s like having our own call center in-house; without the big investment in technology and recruiting. If I had it all to do over, I would still go with Active TeleSource.”
